Every thing is excellent like work life balance and company culture excluding salary for freshers (Starting stage) or Bonus policy.

Dislikes

Salary or Salary hike is not good for starting phase Like Freshers. And I didn’t like bonus policy of Wipro for Freshers.

They provide low salary for freshers and considerably low job security.

Compensation and benefits, Lack of clear career progression, Bureaucracy

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
