No salary increment as per the current market. Politics is going all around. So that if you want to level up your heights then we need be do as the Manager what says or else you don't have any promotion and even whatever the Exam you've passed for career upgrades still your manager says so. Worst experience in case of salary and career role switching and one more thing is that you can't take any public holidays and also if there's any client holidays are there that also not matters in here. Everyday from mon to fri we need to work. There's no holiday for anyone. Only you'll get the compoff and take it as a leave for another day which also we need to request it. Worst experience in the case of this! As an employee, wipro is a famous organization but they never give there employees any skill updates for free and even once you get in here your salary is not going to get hiked. Because the brand name is enough for every employees whose work in here! That's there policy! Worst experience!
...ld say, "You were working today" by which she means "Are you working today?"
4. No hike, literally a penny.
5. You must have completed 18 months to apply for any other vertical. That too is a sham.
6. They can change their policies anytime, literally ANYTIME.
7. People, whoever is in a higher position, do not know still they will misguide you. They wouldn't give you the benefit of doubt.
8. The concept of mental health hasn't reached this place yet, yeah you would find it in its virtual world.
Team management was so good they provide a friendly and pressure free atmosphere to work with. I really love the campus and amenities provided. Wipro assured that we dont lose our jobs due to pandemic and that brings great relief but company doesn't provide any other financial support and they do cut our incentives for months . As an Ex-Employee i really miss those good old days
Less career and salary growth. Opportunities to achieve was limited.

Work culture is really good here, pay is decent similar to most other companies. Job security is good as per my experience and there is work life balance in general.
