Good exposure to BPO environment for a fresher. I came here for experience, nothing else. Also, free transport and health insurance is there, which is good for inexperienced ones.

The salary sucks! They don't give off on weekends on some process. But stick here for a year if you want experience.

Job security is always best however compensation is very poor. How can you expect a person to work so much with an yearly compensation of less than 3 Lac. That's totally unfair. One of the reason for my resignation.

...ldwide recognizable company...many other department you can go in within wipro..salary not very attractive but good ..freshers het minimum salary but for experinced decent salary...overall good

Job security is there. Leave policy is really good. You do get salary on the 1st of every month. Colleagues and seniors are helpful.

Work pressure is really bad. Long working hours. Cab facility is not good.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
