There is a lot Of Politics and The Management Doesn't address our issues salary is decent but Career growth is slow there is a Bond Of 2years before which you cannot resign on the Job Is not given to new joinees

... career will suffer and there us very toxic work culture and micromanagement ...there is no benefits and they torture you by deducting your salary also...don't provides allowed leaves too

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.
