Can't talk about work culture coz, since the joining I've been working from home due pandemic They just send lots of lots of mails, which you don't even have time to read.

Dislikes

They don't send any appreciate certs or gift or any bonus when there is any festival. Not even a sweet box till now it's been 2 years here. Hikes are not even(got only once in 2years service) . Very irregular cycles. These small small things make huge difference and employees think of their company as a family.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. Management is worst

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
