I worked around 2.9 years at wipro as a Backup admin. It was good experience with wipro. My team is so supportive. Wipro always provide online trainings to update ourselves. I got good appraisal also.

There is no Job security now a days. Company policies are changed they pay only 45 days salary if you are on bench.

Salary Growth is like almost zero. Appraisals are not fairly given. If one can butter the manager, they will get good hikes. Career growth is zero too. Despite of which Technologies you have experience or trained enough, they will tag you to service desk to get their work done and your career will be spoiled. Only one thing I like is the Job Security is very high here and leberity to married and pregnant women little bit, that's all

I don't like anything. Salary, appraisal, hike politics in between teams, career growth everything is zero here please don't spoil your career by joining Wipro Technologies. Only brand name is big. Nothing inside it. Work life balance is very poor as we need to stay inside office for 9.50 hours which is almost half of a day

Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager for something after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world..

...u to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will be working under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night.
