...there is practically no benefits and compensation are just a mere donations. They expect you to do everything for zero benefits and very very less salary. They treat freshers as expendables and cheap labours. They hire them in bulk allot them in any department as they like and will get new ones every year because most old freshers leave after a year due to all the above reasons.

...sparent, but the team leaders are not good in approach. There Is huge cafeteria. company polices are good, appraisals are fair and the salary hike is not a promising one.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Relation between working hours and the salary given to employees is not matching at all and Career growth is slow. job training is not up to the mark to the new joinees.
