The Mangers in the Wipro like Dictator , this is not only my opinion, There is lot's of peoples who face this due to this people take release either put the paper. So will say not to join Wipro. Management also did not care anything forcefully / Harassment & favoritism culture in Wipro

Growth and Salary hike, average compared to the competition. Sometimes you get stuck in projects and not much opportunities provided to move out even after the tenure..

Only thing is salary credit on time. Lot of training programs will conduct internal and as well as external

Middle management is not and there is no proper planning in project. Each project resources are less due to cost cutting. Strategy are not good

Job security is great, especially during the pandemic. The work-life balance is also good. Provided you are working in a good project with good people around, you will definitely love working. Office environment is cool, specially the campus & cafeteria!

...f work we do - is pretty low, considering the competing companies in the market. Salary is decent but career growth is little slow.
