The Values and ethics driven by the leadership are commendable. We come to see the examples of "Walk the talk" at various levels of leadership across the group. The company policies are very well laid and continually improving. The learning and exposure to youngsters is an ongoing process at Wipro.

Dislikes

Although the Company is comparable to Industry, the salary is very conservative and especially in the Consumer Care division, it was just okay. No complaints on the work environment however there are challenges at project sites in terms of Work-life balance.

... career growth after BCA, BSc don't come here at all as Wase Wims scholar They are sucking blood out of you in low salary with no promotion with 5 years of band And after completing 5 years no skills no outside jobs outside you will be stuck here for lifetime

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. Management is worst

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
