...talk with their employees nd many of them used to behave rudely with employees.. Nd lots of work pressure, more targest, lots os stress but salary is very less..no increaments also.. Appraisals r based on politics but not based on work performance of employees... Full of politics in management.. No rest on weekends also, they pressure nd force employees to work on weekends too, nd they won't provide amount for over time work too... No job security,Fully dissatisfied with wipro...

Wipro as a company has a different culture but the management spoils it by leveraging it to it's benefits.

Many things. 1. Low pay 2. Management not supportive 3. Dubious nature of management and HR 4. Buttering and lickers have it all 5. Attitude of people like Lalit Nihalani

I loved the work culture, enviornment and people who are working there. The management was amazing. My managers and colleagues were just amazing and my team was a like a family to me.

There's only thing that can be better in my opinion and that's the salary. They could do better with the pay

Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

... deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

Promotion is happening in every year but no difference in salary and promotion vacancies also very less. Salary is very low for entry and mid level experience
