Salary not upto market standards. Poor pay. Too low increments and hike is quite less. Also they won't give work from home option with people with genuine issues or even help in transfer to preferred city. And deducting benefits including shift allowances.

... in a year is nice. Free travel and hotel for some days during transfer is nice. Salary is also decent. Some projects are very nice, though I was not fortunate.

Dislikes

Yearly hike is very bad, for freshers especially. Changing projects internally is near to impossible. It is fat easy to change company. That was my reason for leaving.

Company over all good.Good salary structure , good benifits, good work life balance and good working culture

Some of the projects may be no career growth and learning but we need to accept it .Every places it happens but over all experience is so good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
