There is not good people to support you mentor you. When you go there they are asking you for Bank Gurrenty means you have to Pay BG amount at the time of joining. There management not care about you rather you have any emergency. They only need work.

No other benefit, Health Insurance is very less, salary structure is very less. Too Much workload, Three Month Notice Period, Very less increment, After resign they will not give you leave encashment and performance bonus.

Teammates are good, they gives support usual, I have been here now 5 months, will see carrier growth after finish probation. And about training, yes company arrange a training time to time for new product. All seniors and H.R Staff are good and supportive and kind. As of now having no issue with company.

For the time now, it is good by all aspect, let see further, how the company will treat us.

Only fresher can join and learn, but they are forced make for bond kind of bank guarantee, then they are pressurise to employee, increment are not properly made. Policy are changes case to case.

Dislikes

Directors doing money making business, they don't have any ethics. For money they are go at any level. Company not following any ISO process. They don't have any employee policy.
