Byjus need to provide more job security, we always have a fear of loosing job anytime. They mass fire team without informing. Pressure is tremendous, I have heard some cases getting into mental trauma because of work pressure. Lastly all the managers in byjus are very abusive some of them even hit employees working under them.

I really liked working at this company because they had a great work life balance and a great5 culture.

Dislikes

The only issue was that the pay was fairly mediocre, but I would recommend this job to anyone who doesn't have children or other financial obligations.

The salary that they provide is good and many freshers attract on this foolish thing that they provide but the management is so harsh so I would suggest you to not come to byjus instead of that you can choose less salary job but atleast a stable job.

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

I experienced worse work culture there was not fixed timings you have start your work every day by 10am and have to work 9:30... I was working during covid time ,if my target gets missed sometimes I had to make sales and works in the weekend also...
