There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...t if you're a Muslim then you'll not get any holiday like - Eid, Bakrid n so. Long long time meetings no certain working time even on Sunday you might have to work without extra pay or TA/DA which is unethical and unacceptable.

The Sunday meeting is held for 2 hours, while the Sunday should be a holiday. And meetings are also held in the morning, due to which sometimes sleep is not complete.Without SKU Business Force And Some Time We Work In Sunday And Fastival Like EID I Experienced For The First Time In My Career Life There I'm Working Area Is Small There Is Two BDE Working In Area They Regularly Presser For BDE For Making A New Shop When I Ask For My Seniors Kindly Increase My Area They Can't Listen To Me And Daily Pressed All BDE To Make A Shop In That Particular Area.Some sku are those who also make a list of which demond is more in the market, but that product is not brought to.

some RL giving job to his relatives without experience and also he gave high value of salary. This is totally loss of company because they are unexperienced . We are working 2yrs above this company but some RL providing job as a high Ctc to his relatives It's totally currupt kindly company interfere it.
