Low Hikes - You'll mostly receive low Hikes during appraisals, and on questioned will mention it is as per Global Policy and the formula or method to calculate the appraisals is very vague and unsatisfactory. Delayed Promotions - Promotions are not provided easily even though your contributions are worthy of promotion. You have to fight with manager to get promotions. Poor Upper Management - Fake promises done by upper management in yearly meetings and townhalls which never happen in reality. Upper management will boast about profits and growth, but during appraisals somehow there will be constraints in their budgets. Work life balance - The work life balance is not that great. Too much work but too less staff in some departments and teams.

Work Life culture is great, the management takes your views into consideration. Helps you grow your career.

The compensation (allowances)for the night shift are included in the fixed pay so your salary takes a hit n the variable component.

...ime is also very comfortable 9:30 to 6:30 and fixed Saturday and Sunday are off. No additional hours they ask to you and incase they ask they would pay double of your salary. They also provide pick up and drop to the home and food facilities are also available.Go for it you will have wonderful experience.

Salary comes on time, New comers are appreciated however the time passes and one becomes old employee value, appreciation everything decreases.

Hierarchy is horrible. Old employees not retained and valued

The shift is flexible. Compensation is good but promotions are very rare.

Dislikes

The leave policy is stringent ..leaves are blocked in every first and last week of each month. Leaves can be taken in these weeks only if there is very urgent or emergency need, and needs a written app approval before applying.
