1. No respect for employees 2. Lack professional environment 3. Salary dates keeps shifting 4. No proper experience letter . Even if you get promoted they won't mention it in letter . 5. Exploiting employees by giving false hopes and less money for work done 6. Unnecessary rules and regulations which keeps changing according to their convenience 7. No proper help for employees 8. No job security 9. Disrespect employees and no proper solution to issues 10. Working culture is the worst 11. No proper compensation for their errors. Management is amazing as the employees are given importance in every aspects. Work parameters are so transparent , that we could actually know if we could get promoted or not. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
