The team I had worked was really good. The team was very friendly and had a good experience working with seniors. Work life balance was good in our team compared to other teams

... there is no job security They just do mass layoff without prior intimation No hike no proper salary distribution accordingly Overall BYJU’S work culture is bad when it comes to sales and marketing team They misuse customers money and don’t give satisfied solutions for the customers queries So many employees lost their jobs at BYJU’S and BYJU’S did not properly paid their salaries on time also. I never suggest anyone to join BYJU’S.

Work culture bad Working hours are not uniform and stretched every day . The working hours of dependent department are not matching which is affecting the business in regional locations. I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail
