I like the work culture here in Bengaluru branch. Faced some politics, but not the kind that affected me much. Lot of opportunities to learn and develop. Supportive seniors and software team leadership.

Doesnt retain good employees and lot of partiality. HR has more power than the department director.

No thing Good for SAP HCM functional consultant. Not even for juniors

Manger and his favourble employee always try to make you feel low in terms of work and deliverable, gradually affecting your self confidence and performance, All donkey work given to HCM functional consultant

It's a good platform to learn and earn and the employer's and employees here are very supportive I'm eager to work in West pharmaceutical again

I joined here as an external employee, For external employee's their is no job assurance I'm very excited to work as an internal employee in West pharmaceutical

Will end up getting nothing but a peanut after giving your best and dedication to the company. Wanted to copy paste same rule and shadow of a company, as management leader here in India came out from that big company who wanted to copy paste same essence here .

All india employee should work to satisfy just india director and his team, No job security, all policies are just copied and no one follows the standards.
