Site postings are rural in nature as most of the sub-Station s are located in rural areas. 3. No extra allowance or benifits for site people. 4. Slow promotion policy, stagnation after certain time.

1. Huge communication gap between Employees & HR 2. Maximum work rated to employees personal and official matter is done offline. So, an extra burden is there. 3. HR or management system is not so professional. 4. In Operation, type of job is fixed. So it'll be very boaring after some time. 5. OT allowance is restricted to a certain limit. Inspite of doing more than that limit in the interest of the company, an employee will not be paid. 6. Work culture is fully based on pen paper mode. Even Management do not response in e-mail.
