Good company, Excellent colleagues, Good role, No politics. Salary is always credited on time and better than what market offers for freshers. You won’t even get in-hand starting salary of 22k in TCS or Wipro. And most important, company is pretty stable, without any investment, so bro, you won’t get an email saying “Laid off” unlike Byju’s or unacademy.

Dislikes

There is too much competition in FO role. There are perks also, but you should be someone who wants to work hard and grow.

Worked as a financial officer. On top of my 22k fixed salary, I got more than 8k incentives for most months. In season time, got more than 15k to 20k incentives per month. The harder you work, the more you get. It is a good job for freshers. I left due to other career goals.

Nothing but a fraud company, while interviewing you will be shown some CTC when it comes to salary you'll be getting 15k per month maximum. If you question them regarding this, your documents will not be given back to you Though you've given the best that doesn't make sense for them extra benefits-Blackmailing, making fools, use throw

Not much work to do , mostly you sit idle for 2-3 hours a day

Company policies keep on changing , they say you one pay and you get paid differently. HR has no role in company every decision is taken Co Founders and your input has no value to them . Worst work culture.

I did engineering because my cousin was doing it. I took up the job as a financial Officer because the pay was good and the company had good reviews. But I still don’t know what I want to make my career in. At the beginning of career, we always want to try our hands on various skills, because we don’t know what’s our calling. That’s what I love about wemakescholars. The opportunity to switch departments, not initially, but once you do a year as an FO. I was part of the loan team for the first year and then as per the request in retention meeting, I was allowed to get into marketing and partnerships role, which has taught me very different and new skills. Now, I know what are the things I am good at and what should I do my MBA in.
