Yearly hikes/Promotions, Approved Salary budget for roles.

While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you up so early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Going from Tech to bank is so difficult.

Manager karthik sp from technology connection is the worst of the management I have ever seen. He favours only the employee who licks his boot. Doesn't have any technical knowledge.

Dislikes

Management is the worst . They are making deal with HCL to hire contractors at much less salary that market salary . Their behaviour towards the contract people are the worst and unethical.

Overall good organization. Pay is good and lateral movement is good choice allowed by org.

Baised behavior of manager and lot of discrimination on experience , tenure etc than identifying right skill. this is why promotions are given you to pet of their choice and lack of equal opportunities

There is only salary not work Lot of incompetent and unskilled get promoted in the name of diversity and favouritism. Everyone thinks they are super talented and doing great things, in reality it is excel, power point, smoking and eating in cafés. If you are tenured they don’t want you 😁 and that’s would damn good for you.

Dislikes

Lot of incompetent people, they judge you based on others opinions and thinks they are smart. Everyone is a great thought leader only On LinkedIn, in office they are smokers, rest takers, improving their sports skills and still getting paid for no work done, there is a huge scam going on in the name of Diversity If a women has fair skin she just needs to focus on her daily makeup and clothes promotions pay hikes will just follow. All LOB heads are the biggest womanisers. Veteran hiring is another joke. If you are working great and US feedback is good, think that you are going to get new manager either women or a veteran and you need to spoon feed everyday, they will not see you as potential manager. They are sick of women women and women

Work culture and motivation we get by senior management is very useful to build up career. We get motivation to learn and explore ourselves in different technologies.

Dislikes

For the role which I am working they didn't provide yearly bonus which I was expecting as a compensation. But if they provide the hike percentage atleast 2-3 percent higher then that would be fine. Only one disappointment is we don't get yearly bonus.
