Career growth opportunities were limited, with minimal recognition for contributions. Work life balance and pay is good as per norms.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
