The only good thing about Wells is that they will give you a little extra salary than others so that when you think about leaving you don't get better hike or salary.

It all started with a lie. The HR lied about the salary, the leaders lie about ratings and give promotion to their favorites. Favoritism is on a high in Wells. There is nothing ethical in Wells, everything is a lie. If you can keep buttering you leaders you will be promoted.

Good work life balance. Now a days new rules keep adding like keep your camera on. Recruitment is made easier so new joiners are a bit lazy and try to depend on senior team members. Salary increments are average.

Dislikes

...g us to finish the sonner than before while taking the sessions on new things. Salary hikes are not that great

The compensation. The work life balance. The company takes care of the employees. Work is done at a leisurely pace.

Dislikes

Learning tends to diminish after some time. My work has been predominantly on modernizing very old applications. Lacks a youth / fresher culture, who tends to bring in a lot on enthusiasm and fresh take on problem solving. Lot of hierarchy. Work hours tend to stretch due to collaboration with US teams in US timings.

There is no employee recognition, Salary Hike, No encouragement, shift extension, No recognition for an individual growth, Always prioritize employees according to their position/Role.

Salary is good.

Dislikes

No one see how hard work we do but yes how much buttering. No one talks about tech but people. Really fed up here. Managers thinks that he is god here. I thoughts it’s just with my team but i see other team also say the same. They keep complaining that they are stucked.
