...I was not eligible to move internally to take up the role as less than 18months. But as part of transformation asked to leave by taking one month salary as severance in November. Globally people know hiring process will be frozen/slow during December until march. Ruined life scenario, with rigorous search could manage to identify scrum master role within wells and got through informing eligibility IJP. But got it in other small company later but in felt though salary is same I chose the small company instead of wells

One of the major challenges at Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, was the work environment. Career growth opportunities were limited, with minimal recognition for contributions. Additionally, team dynamics were not always supportive, and trust issues within the team made collaboration difficult. A more positive and encouraging culture could significantly improve the overall experience.

Work life balance and pay is good as per norms.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.

No Job security,They hire people and once job done they start targeting people and pressuriz to resign or they put you on PIP and they will make sure you not succeed after that they will fire you

Tech stack is very old. Politics at high level. Learning is very poor. Now a days cost cutting in all area. It was very good company few years back but it no more.
