Few or No tax saving components in salary stack. Top management has some egotistic people who wants things to be only as per their liking. Deviate and you will be targeted on a daily basis. Micro management is rampant in the organisation barring a few teams. No flexibility with work timings. US partners are fine with employees leaving early if there is no work but indian managers are busy enforcing strict 9 hours online culture.

No micromanagement, you can express your questions and concerns openly. People are always helpful. If you are interested you can learn new skills and use them in work. Management is supportive in skills development. Get benefits like 2 way transportation.

Dislikes

Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.

Dislikes

WFO is strict and no flexibility even if you are Temporary Ill for a week or two; strictly no WFH outside Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. No fuel, internet, high education reimbursement/tax benefits. No team engagement or outings. Messed up hierarchy and career path. It's very hard for senior technical/analytics folks to pivot to Managerial roles. Work timings are very very strict and monitored on daily basis. Work starts at 1030AM and gies till minimum 2300 daily.

...am you are part of. it’s a great company with lot of learning opportunities. Salary revisions are completely dependent on the performance.

Except our legendary VDI , nothing else really.

Pay, especially for tenured employees could be better. Newer employees are getting really good pay, but older employees are still not receiving the pay corrections in all cases.
