Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.

The company is really good when it comes to work life balance. Never have I ever worked past my working hours.

...e not ready to accept the fact that it’s because of them the people are leaving. We know it’s a small world but no one wants to work in a toxic place and pay for therapy. But as an organisation wells is good. My experience was not that good.

Foremost best working culture here compared to other MNCs and little to none micro-managing.

Unfair pay structure, very limited growth & learning opportunities and quality of work continues to remain at data-entry or equivalent ground.

...have expected good support from my team mates but it didn't happen as I thought. There are no seperate leaves for covid affected employee which forces him to go for loss of pay for his or her leaves. This has to be strictly adhered and it is the duty of managers to look after the wellbeing of their employees as we struggle day in and out for more than 12 hrs compromising our personal lives.

Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.

...ife balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell
