... started to look out specially the way I have been treated in the last 8 months. Bonus has also been stopped and my salary has been reduced compared to previous year even with the same rating. How can you explain that?? Worse is that there is no one to explain. N reduction is not only with me, with most of my peers and TMs as well. My manager has been worse as I have to reach out multiple times to ask for approval of leaves. In the 7 months that he has been with me. Not a single time he approved my leaves beforehand. Had to do multiple follow-ups. Twice I worked on the days I asked for leaves to again ask. Great leaders!!

I appreciated the work-life balance and competitive salary at Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. However, beyond these aspects, I felt there were areas that could be improved to enhance the overall work environment.

One of the major challenges at Wells Fargo International Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, was the work environment. Career growth opportunities were limited, with minimal recognition for contributions. Additionally, team dynamics were not always supportive, and trust issues within the team made collaboration difficult. A more positive and encouraging culture could significantly improve the overall experience.

Competitive Salary, Year end bonus, Cab facility, Shift allowance, Yearly fair promotion cycle, Fair Performance Review cycle and appraisal.

Dislikes

Worst Work Culture, Typical labour owner culture, Managers try to become boss and order on teammates, Zero tax benefits, Worst Mediclaim Policy, No skill development, It's complete clerical work, No automation approach, Top management don't have visibility and any strategy.

Work life balance and pay is good as per norms.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.

Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.

Dislikes

...ife balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell
