Nothing to learn. Laid back culture. People from tcs infy cts take over and passively sit as people's manager doing nothing. HR will force you to quit but will not allow Internal movement even without raise just for better project

The Insurance benefits provided for self and family at very reasonable price (Top up) compared to other companies. Transport facility is very good. Night shift Allowances are really good.

Dislikes

... persons hired from outside but they hardly give hikes for internal employees. IJP has a standard rates for increment in salary. Say 8% 10% that's it.

No micromanagement, you can express your questions and concerns openly. People are always helpful. If you are interested you can learn new skills and use them in work. Management is supportive in skills development. Get benefits like 2 way transportation.

Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.
