1) Salary is never paid in the full amount. 2) Shokey Malik was almost never available, always busy in phone calls and meetings. 3) You're expected to be rhe jack of all trades and do everything on your own. 4) Shokey Malik isn't the most compassionate boss. 5) Long working hours, even during weekends. 6) Briefs aren't given properly. 7) No proper training to full time employees, high expectations from them. 8) No sick leaves were mentioned in the offer letter I received from them. 9) You will be terminated within 24 hours if you do not perform well. Shokey Malik will never tell you that you are fired himself. 10) The company will not respond to your emails for queries or whatsoever after you are laid off.
