The company decided to reduce its coast, Three months ago, a design director was hired, and on the first call, she asked about my salary and other personal details. Another three months later, she started micromanaging me through my manager; by the way, both of them are Americans. My manager started sending me some performance improvement emails. I keep showing progress on his points and have met all his expectations. I scheduled a few calls with the design director and my manager to understand the actual issue, but all of my meetings were declined by the design director. One day (on my first year completion date), I got a meeting invite from my manager (Jason Parry), and he also added HR to that conversation. Yeah, it was my termination. Before my termination, he was pointing out a few issues, but I gave a detailed explanation for them. For that mail, he did not reply back for a week, and he gave me a surprise termination. So finally, I realised the problem was not with my performance; the real problem was the cost of my employment. Reason: I got terminated on completion of my first year and before the vesting period of RSU stock units. There is no transparency. and lots of racism.

no job security managers fire the employee for their own ego. Very frequently, the management norms get changed. lots of Racism and non helpful managers. poor in culture.
