The independence you get in terms of creative liberties.

Dislikes

Poor work culture. No room for personal space. Can't criticize a decision. Pay scale not in accordance with the market. Fires pregnant girls even though the firm claims to stand up for women in the industry.

Nothing to like about the company they expect you to bring your own computer to work even yea and coffee are on payment basis they have a hire and fire policy work hours are extremely long a total waste of time a company with zero ethics

Lack of experienced and knowledgeable staffs. No one knows their job properly. Poor management and HR policies. Lots of politics. Senior management should help employees more. Need more good staffs.
