Well this is my first company, I have started my career from this only, at first the company culture and everything is good, I just only have gratitude, since it was my first company.

Too many things, first of all, the management was worst I ever seen, they literally don't know how to manage employees, there will be some rules like we can't stand or speak, it was like school culture man. Even if we get to performer continuously also we won't get any personal recommendation from them

After 11 months, I transitioned to the roll of IT Desktop Associate through IJP. There may be certain things you may or may not agree with but once there is someone with you with whom you can discuss to analyse the work is what I like my point I want to keep in this section is disliking a part where all handle individually.
