Well this is my first company, I have started my career from this only, at first the company culture and everything is good, I just only have gratitude, since it was my first company.

Too many things, first of all, the management was worst I ever seen, they literally don't know how to manage employees, there will be some rules like we can't stand or speak, it was like school culture man. Even if we get to performer continuously also we won't get any personal recommendation from them

My experience in VXI: I have started my career here as a fresher and I’m happy to say it was a good start. Here are some thoughts I would like to share: Never doubt yourself, Always have a backup plan for everything and Stay close to people who are good for your mental health. I also learned new skills, new ways of working in teams, new ways of presenting and everything new to be honest. I also became more confident in myself while learning all these which in turn helped me knock down the barriers in my own mind. This first job always holds a special place in my heart!
