I don't like this Vodafone Idea company every month salary deduction any excuse company is loss target complete Vekos salary detection

I work in Vodafone Idea company. In this, even after meeting the target of the company, the salary gets cut and no senior listens.

...while top management cheers at home. They so not provide EL encashment. Edit - 15th march 2022. Managers are unsupportive and too old to understand modern technologies. They are just eating money on the harf work of L2, L1. Recently policies are being decided as Lala ki dukan,...Means EL encashment removed, circle and Code employee notice period 30 days, while snoc 90 days ...My manager assigned me 93 days. HR is like a frog who plays bucket game,once you are in notice period. Now a days chamcha gang is preferred.. actually these individuals are enforcing people to leave and thus actually pushing company towards destruction.

Managers at L3 KE... Specially oldies. Snoc oss function is worst.

Salary is good also there is not so much work to do. Incentive is also fine. If you are fresher you can gain experience in sales.

You don't have time for yourself and have to take follow up with customer regarding sales and there service, IT issue and backend support is very pathetic so something went wrong in customer service due to IT or backend issue you have to listen it from customer. Means all responsibility is on you but not getting that much salary according the job responsibilities you have.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ctually i had learn about marketing and sale marketing living with this company. And after very much time has been spent by me in this company, then i want an expenssive salary but there has no any expenssives salary. It is too low in descending order. So sir i want resign your company.
