Big company having opportunities across different verticals to apply and move.

Dislikes

The work environment, work life balance, salary, job satisfaction and job securities are drastically reducing since they only focus on cost cutting now. Earlier it's been pleasant to work here but now it's no less than a BPO wrinching you like lemon to take out everything from you.

Company culture and JOB security is god, but the HRBP seems not active, since my 2 yrs of journey I have not seen HR conducted any session to address query. Rather after who who is HRBP is know when I resign the company.

Dislikes

Overall career growth is good, salary also good, I want to highlight on Mediclaim policy if you hospitalized in non-linked hospital then they charge 10% co-pay, which should not be there. Mediclaim policy required lots of improvement, claim settlement & response of TAP is not good.

There was so much Politics in Vodafone. You have to be Chamcha of your boss.any time he can take any decision and most importantly HR also involved with them.HR also don't listen to your point of view.

Talk about teammates, training, job security, vareer growth, salary/appraisal,travel(horrible),politics,learning, work environment,innovation, expecting one person to work as a single team and do not reward, promote for the same
