I was working with Idea which was a great experience. There was synergy and different depts worked together for achieving company goals. There was job satisfaction, skill development, rewards n recognition of employees for job well done n initiatives taken, good perks n benefits, equal employmentvfor women n women empowerment.

Dislikes

...ike me are still trying to find a job due to age bar. Culture has changed a lot. Compensation n benefits are still good. That has not changed which is a good thing. Growth is slow. Training is good.

Only good point so far is timely salary.

Dislikes

1. Poor work-life balance as no limits on working hours (Have to work on weekly-off and during leaves) 2. No focus on skills development and employee's health. 3. Joining process is terrible and frustrating. 4. Poor work environment.

Average work environment and culture. There is lot of politics in management. Company policies are good, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address out issue. Slow growth.

Job security, work is good, benefits especially holidays are one o the best

... politics is bad , teams do not help each other but try to pull each other down. Compensation was initially good but should really look at changing compensation structure especially after COVID boom.

Good compensation and medical policy.Push for innovation but depends upon clients.

Not ample opportunity for career growth of your own choice.Work climate is uncertain and is totally driven by profit as this being captive unit.
