Hierarchy oriented Boss decides & rest follows like herd mentality in business functions. More or less same in HR too. Wacky leaders at the top in few business & HR functions.

As it was an service based company I have an nice exposure to work on huge number of data collaborating with our team peers. Specially being in HR Executive role when we use to receive request to hire an external employee in bulk we became familiar with all the info type which is the most required data to be maintained in SAP for initiate with the employee profile. Overall, I can say those who love to play with huge data then this company will the right choice.

...l and come to the conclusion very fast when it can be resolved in a simpler way. Salary scale is less comparable to the work load. Very much complicated to approach to the right person after done with the training session.

They give on time salary and give good perks.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

office environment is good. You have the opportunity to learn from your seniors. Good training provided

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
