The name and brand is good. Nothing else I can imagine any good thing about Vodafone.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Salary structure is very difficult to understand. Salary increment is very poor. Work life balance is not that much effective. Opportunities are there but only for higher authorities. Benefits were given previously and now they are reduced. Skills development, you have to work on your own. At Vodafone, you can learn a process, nothing else. Many teams are working as a mediator between customer and another teams, like POSTMAN.

...yoff employee by saying you are not fitted in their organization after 5 years.. i work 24*7*7days actually in this company everyone works 24*7 with no bonus,no gift, no PLI
