Dislikes

Salary package differ for each person to person based only on management's decision not on staff's performance. But we have satisfying life style and work.

... MD Daniel victor such a worst person who doesn’t have any capacity to be an MD. The way he gives hikes and bonus is depends on gender . The guy doesn’t show any respect to the persons who work. All he need is to listen to his speech . He can speak for 3 hrs he can make us wait to listen his speech but if u guys speak and make friends in other team you’ll get fired . You’ll get fired for no reasons. The only way to sustain there is by putting jalra. The next Rhoda and Latha Daniel the worst unfit members for their respective roles. There is nothing to say about them bcz if they apply for anyother organisation they can’t even crack an interview. Totally it’s not a corporate it acts like a corporate. The fun part is they are getting best place to work every year 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Work life balance and the present senior management is easily accessible.

Dislikes

No seggregation of work for supervisors and processors. Supervisors and processors end up doing the same processes. Also, they post you to a team in which the position is vacant. So if your timing is good, you can end up being a fresh team lead with zero experience while the experienced seniors in other teams will still remain second team leads or team members in their respective teams

Job security, learning and teaching, co-workers kindness.. Various Clubs to promote other curriculum.. Staff development activities, Flexible Exam leave (but based on team), Lot of team activities, Flexible shift timings based on work requirements.

Dislikes

It is more like proprietorship. All decisions are taken my MD.. HR's only role to check resume, HR is not performing and HUMAN RESOURCES activities.. Salary increment is never based on performance. Promotion based on number of year served.

Likes

A person's overall growth is being taken care of apart from everyday work. Toastmasters club, photography club, Freedom and responsibility forum, fitness and sports club, theatre and arts enthusiasts club, CSR activities. A very positive side of you will definitely evolve when you work there and life will look meaningful and interesting.

There is no work from home or hybrid work option.
