Management is worst. Will not suggest anyone to join , they will furlough you directly when they have hard time. Apart from work culture people’s are very uneasy and cheap seniors and managers will try to get personal .

...rds employees, Gunda attitude, Managers using words like "Patkunga, Marunga". MBA's here gets 30k salary. Management of Bangalore is least interested in hearing problems of Employees in Mumbai. The main reason for Employees running away from this company was because of the Management, Low salary and Ignorant attitude of Team Leads. No perks, No incentive, No Team Dinner.. They want to promote people whom they know and the people whom they persuaded to join Visionet, Walk-in employee are least cared.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade forchilling.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the mgmt doesn't adress our issues.salary is recent but career growth is slow.

No job security, no compensation. And have to work on holidays without pay.

Security, manager just praise the employee who has experience. Others doesn't value for them... Discrimination between employee...

Hello salary is less for freshers if we work on week ends you will get incentives if there is no work only basic pay you will get and there is a transport facility for girls only who are working in night shift 1 way cab drop over all every thing is good they respect each and everyone managers are good TL are very supportive totally good
