These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

It is a large scale company who is running more then 15000 employee house.. on every last day of the month the salary will credit in your account...

It's a company who is running by only one man that is MD... some one who want to save his job he will kick you out and at the time of visit of MD he will say that he is a new employee in our organisation will trend him... as per your expectations

This company is totally waste place to work. No ethics no personal life at store level. A person or his/her family never be happy till he/she working with vishal megamart.

...le in management are here falls in this category. Some snap shots given below. *Salary seems good initially when you join its nothing against the number of things one has to do. *Store manager has to do cashiering, receiving,replenishment,has to work as a security guard (sometimes) when guard on break.you have to spend money from your pocket to achieve your numbers (sometimes once in a month) Also you have to involve in some unethical practices which will be communicated by leadership which you can't escalate as it's driven by the same people to whome you esclate. Forget about your offs these are never fixed.

Company lack vision. Leaders are very unprofessional abusive sometimes. HR doesn't exist.always busy in Hiring & filling the gaps due to High attrition. Poorly managed company in terms of operations. Old leadership, with lack of clarity. No adequate manpower will be provided. Company is neither customer oriented nor people oriented. Customer experience is worst.
