Some snap shots given below. *Salary seems good initially when you join its nothing against the number of things one has to do. *Store manager has to do cashiering, receiving,replenishment,has to work as a security guard (sometimes) when guard on break.you have to spend money from your pocket to achieve your numbers (sometimes once in a month) Also you have to involve in some unethical practices which will be communicated by leadership which you can't escalate as it's driven by the same people to whome you esclate. Forget about your offs these are never fixed.

Dislikes

Company lack vision. Leaders are very unprofessional abusive sometimes. HR doesn't exist.always busy in Hiring & filling the gaps due to High attrition. Poorly managed company in terms of operations. Old leadership, with lack of clarity. No adequate manpower will be provided. Company is neither customer oriented nor people oriented. Customer experience is worst.

...embers , that became disgusting for all of us . Actually they are not punctual . But overall they gave salary to me on time to time , Which was good , that is why I have 6 months experience in Vishal Mega Mart . In the end I want to thank to all of seniors specially Tersem Singh . Thank you very much for opportunity .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

HR policy is not good for internal growth. Internal growth salary is very low. Salary is huge differ between Internal employee and external employee
