Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Companypolicies are good appraisals are fair and bonus every month

There is a lot of politics and the management in our company salary decent but career is very slow

Compensation is decent,but work pressure is very high.. Most probably store manager says that we r family.. but when any employe need family sport's on that tym senior managers don't feel about employee feelings They just keep pressure on employees to do their work by hook or by crook If employe is sick they have some serious issue manager not allowed them to take a leave That's why my experience not good with this Even the manager don't have any sense how to talk with customers and employees of the company even sometimes they rood with employee family too.

I did not like how manager level doing misbehaviour with employee

Lot's of things to learn, this not like other companies where your boss pulls you down. In this company you can learn everything.

...ited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

Appraisal and growth is very good.. Any one can learn lots of upskills here...... Salary bonus incentive etc and also salary time is very good....

Not a single percentage of satisfaction here.. To much pressure,work life is totally not balanced and also duty time is not fixed...someday it's straight to 12. 13. 14 hour a day...
