Nothing only infrastructure good.

Never join this company first they hire with handsome package after 15 days they ask to leave. I had join this company 1st November 2023 they offer 34 k in hand after that they said Client not happy with performance ask to leave without giving any explanation, never told what mistakes I have done even they didn't give second chance which most of company do. Coworker also not supportive they can only mock new joiner think themselves more superior. We are human being not god

...ork life balance - Good hike (5- 15% this is totally depend on your performance. Company also hiked the salary even in covid time)

...not as per mentioned in offer/ joining letter. They will not respond your email. For salary (fnf), they will not proceed on time. Other points - Leave policy( that need to extend from 12 to 24) - Infrastructure need to improve - No Learning portal like Udemy

... good. Company policies of s little point of concern. Not much burden of work. They gives average salary hike. Now they provide WFH which also good. And more like: Shuttle service, Sports events, Annual party, Car Parking

Company infrastructure needs to improve more. Company leaves should increase upto 18 at least. Should provide Medical facility and also EPF facility for employees better future.

Not even worth of interview as they will hire as per their requirement an fire you once the client is gone. Partiality is there for giving cab facility. They give you shuttle which is worst than government buses for day shifts. They give cabs in odd shift hours but that too not for all as they are partial about areas where you live. admin team is full of villagers, females are not safe working here. No job security, No female security. No hygiene. Favoritism and politics is easily seen. HR's are unprofessional. Management is pathetic. Nothing is organised. They will attract you with decent package, but don't get into this trap. Coming for interview will waste one day of your life and joining the company will ruin your career as there is no stability and job security.
