The company has a supportive work culture and diverse ,multi - culture team.the company's core values include youthfulness ,meritocracy, entrepreneurship and innovation.

... is poor . Internal promotion are rare. Employees required to work extend hours. The company treats trainees as a contract labour and offer them low salary.

If you have referal here then you can get promotion, growth and good salary hike otherwise you can work here years to years no pramotion no salary hike and no growth. Very bad organization to work.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Toxic culture. No systems. Abusive culture. Marketing does not know what they are doing. Asked to do same ppt again and again rework. Same excel whole month. Job involved only PPT, Excel and Toxic culture. No learning No mental peace. Seniors harass juniors purposely.
