Really it's not a big deal and it's not a tough job. It's good only.But only minus is the benefits.No wow benefits in the company and not good salary based upon the work and the position.

The only thing I'm still disliking is the pay.Its not even enough to us.

they will just make u overtime on daily basis and cut random amount from ur salary and when u complain about this they will say it will come next month but never come and u wanna leave company give instant resigne other wise they will not give ur noticeperiod salary which is one month they will say it will come and after a time they willl stop answering as i havent recived my feb salary till date

A very good profetional and friendly staff and members good atmosphere.Overall salary looks good on paper however a major chunk of the package is given as bonus which is completely in the hands of your reporting manager. For something you have worked the entire year, you get a very small amount and if you plan to leave the company after taking the bonus which is your hard earned money, they ask you to pay the same back.

Nothing but the break, Got to learn about House and registration. But didn't get chance to upgrade my skills

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gement they will help the coworkers I learned so I worked for 5 year's if i get again also I'm ready but salary was less then also I love to work if the same atmosphere

Salary was very very poor I mean very less
