Time management is good ...worker work in any shifts in 3 shift (morning evening,or night )with the help of team leader.

...10 hours ....some days it could be 8 to 10 hours but manly it over the time . 2. How could you servive with in 8 thausand (8000) rupees/month salary in Noida...The lebar law not fallow there .... 3. there is not permanent Joining company getting job maximum persons only for 90+90 day period....so job is not secure.. How can a person survive these type of condition ....

they will just make u overtime on daily basis and cut random amount from ur salary and when u complain about this they will say it will come next month but never come and u wanna leave company give instant resigne other wise they will not give ur noticeperiod salary which is one month they will say it will come and after a time they willl stop answering as i havent recived my feb salary till date

A very good profetional and friendly staff and members good atmosphere.Overall salary looks good on paper however a major chunk of the package is given as bonus which is completely in the hands of your reporting manager. For something you have worked the entire year, you get a very small amount and if you plan to leave the company after taking the bonus which is your hard earned money, they ask you to pay the same back.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
