... is very low specially when you have started your career from this organisation. High level of partiality, same experience time and work profile people having huge gap in salary structure and Grade.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation at same level is huge diffrence ,junior may get double package than senior level employee,those who r working for long sarvice were getting less salary than new comers with multiple company experience

Ve commercial vehicle is an excellent automobile company to intiate your career. 100% job security after your confirmation until Or unless you violet any code of conduct. As many of them people's are much experienced so enhancing knowledge from them is really good. Bus facility for staff is also excellent. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal in between avg and satisfaction. I have not yet travel any where till now for any DAP or machine inspections. Training process are little bit slower.
