Compensation at same level is huge diffrence ,junior may get double package than senior level employee,those who r working for long sarvice were getting less salary than new comers with multiple company experience

Pay at a lower management position is low wrt industry standards and lack of extra curricular activities & outings

Mid level person can take decision frequently of allocated work.

No any appropriation of completed task and no any salary band same level person having to much different range. Rotation of work not happening so person feel bored to do same work from long time.
