Vastu belives in no sir/ma'am culture but that is only perception outside the company. Once you join you'll realize that how terrible environment is inside the company. You'll have to request the each and every employee for his own work...so your performance won't get affected...

... join office at 9:30am and work at lest 10 hr... this is the bare minimum... 4. Here is one bonus for all the fresher folks out there..... I've joined this company in February 2023 along with 36 batch mates in the north India region and within 9 months only 3 decided to continue and 33 including me.. left the organization because of various reasons. Like.. 1. There was no role clarity. 2. They change our reporting manager 5 times in the 9 months.. just think how terrific it was. 3. To be very honest I felt lost in my career and I decided to quit even I didn't have any offer from other company... because the environment shrink my knowledge and that doesn't allow me to grow in my career.

Just in time salary but caste feelings. And jealous people hardworking people doesn't recognise management.

Very poor working process,Only pressure generate on sales team but don't want to hire credit team,Ops team,technical team in cluster level.Focused only on cost cutting.Claims and incentive not given on fix time.Police wise dull policy.Overall this time worst process to provide customer service .

... deduction.Never claim for claim amount if you will do it you will not favorite.Contribute from your salary to visit on own funds.Please avoid to work here.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The main like is getting salary in time but the work life balance is not good as I observed

I am new joiner I was joined in jan 22 to present Here main work life balance is not good need to change time management As per policy 2 Saturday are holiday but they are used to come and work and Even festival also working this was not good And training for new joiner to be required to share the work easy and quickly.
